So the Patriots hired a black HC last year and interviewed two more candidates this year and it's not enough?

We know teams interview coaches in part to get outside opinions on their team. I doubt color had anything to do with it, especially with Glenn.

I think Glenn turned them down, which means they actually scheduled 3 minority interviews despite only being required to do 1.

People are complaining because Hamilton and Leftwich aren't current NFL coaches.

So it went from "interview minorities" to "interview minorities I approve of". It's absurd.
