I'm not usually a big believer in rah-rah team leader stuff, as I think it gets overblown when a team has success, but I will say, I listened to all the draft pick interviews from this recent rookie minicamp and damn, they all seem extremely bright and thoughtful.

Leadership is one thing but if you're overemphasizing it for lesser talents then it's an issue.

But as long as the requisite talent is there, which it is with our top 3 picks, if you add the intangibles stuff on top you should have something.

EZ in particular was a massive steal where we got him, add in the intangibles stuff and you should have something special.
