First and second and next years first maybe. You aren't getting that high otherwise.
 
I don't want any part of Pearce at 12, his talent is deserving of going that high but the off field stuff is concerning.

Nolen is arguably the best interior rusher in the class but what kind of run defense are you going to have with 3 upfield penetrators who struggle against the run at DT, with Mazi as your only supposed run-stuffer, and not much else.

Golden we all know the deal.
 
Nolen and Pearce are just asking for trouble. This circus needs only disciplined, high-character guys.
 
Schrager's mocks are usually pretty accurate, last year he nailed Guyton for us.

Tyler Booker, which has had lots of smoke to us over the last few days.

He also said he could see Zabel going as high as 12.
 
Seems like there is a lot swirling that McMillan won't last to 12 now. So funny how this all works. Guy starts top 10 at %100. Suddenly he is too slow and maybe not even a top 15 guy and Dallas will have their pick of receiver. And now it's feels like it's shifting back to what we all thought months ago.

And maybe it's all BS because top 10 teams want to bail and think Dallas may spook.
 
You guys aren't at all worried Booker could be Chance Warmack?

I honestly have not studied him up close much. Just never really thought he was an option. Doesn't really seem to fit the type of guys we have drafted on the Oline recently. We seem to like guys who can move around better than that. Plus if I'm being honest Olineman are boring to watch. A guy could be perfect on every play in a game except 2. But those two plays are sacks and show that he isn't a good Olineman. Do you really want to watch every offensive snap to see the two plays the guy blows?

So mostly all I know is what I have read. Alabama Olineman kind of make me nervous too. Just never seem to have the ability they get hyped to have.

I'd hope not, but Martin was 16, and what if we traded down a few spots? They do love to try to repeat their past successes.

Personally, I'd hate this. But like you say, I doubt it happens anyway. At least I hope not.

The consensus at the time was that Martin was a top 10 talent who was a steal at 16. Not sure the same could be said of Booker.

OT moving to guard? They love this.

Guard only who has power but lacks athletic traits? Name the last one we drafted? Cooper Beebe? OT in college who ran an incredible 40 for a 322 pound man. Tyler Smith? LT we moved to guard. Guyton? Incredible tackle only athlete.

The last Olineman I can think of that was "slow" and interior only was probably Travis Frederick. Which we nailed. But that's the only dude I can think of off the top of my head.
