I'll say this. He represents tremendous value right now. The team that takes him probably needs to be a team that already has an established QB, that won't feel the pressure of having to play him. And a team whose front office already has a relationship with Deion, who has his respect, and already has a circus so adding one more layer won't make that many more waves...

I hate to sound like Ravi but a 4.8 forty at WR may just be too much to overcome. If I'm drafting a smaller receiver I'll roll the dice on 155 pound Tez Johnson who destroyed elite teams in college football.
