I mean starter, non starter, whoever the third DT is will be playing a snap count similar to Mazi. Or at least we need someone who can. We need to do a better job keeping Osa fresh and Mazi is at his best on a snap count.
 
Milton Williams getting 26/year is why I was pretty thrilled with getting Osa back for 4/80.

Williams is barely even a starting caliber player who got lucky to have a career year under perfect circumstances in Philadelphia surrounded by top pass rush talent.

He is a good player on a limited snap count because of stellar depth. Wish we could do that at DT. But being counted on as THE GUY at DT is a different world. These are the signings that suddenly drop off.
 
Remember that one year back in the day when our long snapper sucked? We’d been ok paying a competent one 10 mil.
 
I can't get over how ridiculous 4/104 is for Milton Williams, if a guy like him is getting 26/year guys like Parsons, Crosby and Garrett should be getting 50+.

Yep, would have been my backup option to Osa. So to get Osa that much cheaper is great. Not that he would have been teams backup option.

This is the stage in FA where you see the stupid money and the ill fits. But the issue is we wait yet another week before we start sifting through the rubble.

We wait until guys are basically signing one year prove it deals. Which is why every year this time half our roster is a free agent.
