What the hell could they be meeting about that is running longer than usual?

It ain't like they're gonna make any changes.

Please tell me it's because Zeke is saying his goodbyes on his way out the door.

At least give me that.

The Liafu move kinda reminds me of

One thing Belichick would do is get rid of "effort" like that.

Diggs wants to get paid $20 million per year but only put out $20 worth of effort.
How would Belichick get rid of it?

The culture dictates if the coach has stroke.

In New England, costs were controlled by Kraft. There were low egos and the QB ran the roost.

In Dallas, if you are paid, you have status.

Wonder if covering the Cowboys is an easy gig. Don’t hassle the Jones, minimal effort to report the basic news still yields all the clicks from Cowboys Nation.

Same minimal effort elsewhere probably gets less attention and readership.

I don't recall us having an issue with lazy entitled players during the Parcells era. It's been almost 20 years so maybe I'm forgetting something.

But you are correct about someone in the locker room has to set the tone. Unfortunately it appears that the current leaders are more interested in podcasts and sunshine pumping (Dak).

Same kind of minimal effort probably gets much less attention from a small market team.
It's absolutely a cush gig.

Ray Davis is better than anyone we have. /captobvious
