Just goes to show how delusional they are.

They assembled a roster full of junk then have the audacity to get angry when said junk plays like junk. WTH did they think was going to happen?
I honestly think they have a problem with self evaluation once the player is here.

They depended too heavily on the 2023 draft class. They assumed the players who washed out or missed the season last year to be those extra draft picks. Outside of Overshown, none of the others like Smith, Schoonmaker, Fehoko, Richards, Vaughn or Brooks have stepped forward. And the bad thing is that these unresponsive 2nd year players are progress stoppers for anyone else coming onto the team this past April. It will take a while for them to ever give up on a player at the expense of the overall talent on the roster.

I don't know that it's even self evaluation. More like stubbornness.

I promise you MM and Zimmer knew Mazi sucked and couldn't be depended upon but Stephen and Goof Dad refused to admit they'd made a mistake. That might hurt their precious draft reputation.

You've got a lot of nerve pointing your finger at the GM!

Guess he is in the woodshed. Hasnt shown up yet.
Came here just to post that. Weird to be over 30 minutes late.

Also, the level of effort and "want to" by the supposed leaders on this team has been lacking all year, but it was particularly bad yesterday.

If he had an ounce of pride in him, Diggs should be ashamed of himself for what he did yesterday. The guy is probably one of the top 5 highest paid CBs in the league and gave us that bush league effort. There are literally guys on the practice squad who would have been an improvement over that mess.

From the little of the game that I did watch, I was surprised that Detroit run it to Diggs' side of the field more often.

This is, clearly, a case of attitude reflecting leadership (at the top).

All I can say is "All in sucks. I understand we played with no defense, but that was passed bad. 60 Mil quarterback and we had Zeke too. Free agents like Henry, Swift, Eckler or Jones, no we got Zeke.
