In all honesty, this isn’t as much of a McCarthy issue as it is a Jerry Jones not doing fucking shit to help the team while overpaying a mediocre Dak Prescott issue. McCarthy has no control over that.

They could hire the next Vince Lombardi and it wouldn't make a difference.

Jerry could fire him mid-season just to sell WOODSHED! to the dumb fans and take some heat off himself. He doesn't mind doing it if it won't cost him any extra money, which Zimmer wouldn't.

It won't make our 231 million dollar QB play any better, though.

There's absolutely no way to justify putting Zimmer in charge. He's running the worst part of the team. I'd rather see Bones.

The next Lombardis know better than to coach in Dallas. All we will get is rehashed failures that just want to stay relevant.

The thing with this team is we all know they're just killing time until they bring in a new HC. They may say they think we can go on a run or whatever else, but anybody with half a brain knows McCarthy is gone unless they do something that hasn't happened in 30 years, and whether or not the players admit it, they know it.

So while we all watch the games, root for wins to some extent, and enjoy the decent wins when they come, what's truly the point of this right now?

The organization itself is literally running out the clock on McCarthy and has been since they walked off the field in the playoffs last year, so why would any fan in their right minds take this nonsense seriously?

I’m really only counting down the next 6 months and 11 days, because that’s my favorite time of the NFL year.

Jerry is the blame for this. Both of the lines are shit and we have no talent at RB. All of it points back to Jerry the GM. The talent isn’t there. I don’t even like Dak and can clearly see the time Goff has vs the time Dak has. This is a shit roster with a QB in the 5-10 range leaning toward the latter.

I'm interested by who the Jones' can continue to dredge up while Father Time continues to claim retreads and 'guys we're familiar with'.

No wonder Paintin' Manning has neck issues. He always bobs his head when talking. With that big ass forehead, that's a lot of extra stress, wear and tear
