2024 Season | Week 2 | Gameday Chatter Thread | Saints @ Cowboys | 9/15/2024

What little burst I saw in game one was gone by game two. He isn't even plowing through guys any more. They don't have the balls but they should cut bait. There are better practice squad RBs in the NFL.

That's absurd.

He'll have about 6-8 games games this year where he looks pretty solid. He's been like that for 2-3 years now. There's been a definite pattern.

That's exactly what I saw last year in New England. First game I thought, he looks like he lost some weight and looks quicker than last year. Then the next time I saw him a couple weeks later he looked as slow as ever.

My guess is his body just doesn't recover anymore. He spent all offseason barely working or getting touched. He gets a few hits and his body is sore, his legs are sore and he just doesn't have it anymore.

I honestly don't even see him as a useful power back anymore. Again, we won't have the guts to cut him. And honestly, has nothing to do with this loss. Zeke could have been great and we still get smoked giving up 7 TDs on the first 7 drives. But the defense will have better days, I doubt Zeke is going to have much better days. It's just sort of what he is. Which is not good.

@1bigfan13 @Cujo Remember when Calcaterra had to "retire" because of concussions when he was, what, a sophomore at OU?

Then he sat out a year or two, played somewhere else, and now he's in the NFL? Weird.

I did not need to see that ridiculous animation. Stop pushing Kelce on us you assholes.

If Cousins wasn’t a Super Fag they’d be up 21-10.

Cousins will stand in the pocket till the bitter end, for better or worse.
