2024 Season | Week 2 | Gameday Chatter Thread | Saints @ Cowboys | 9/15/2024

Maybe , but look at the whole game so far. His production and execution isnt much different than a second string college QB.

Maybe? The WR fell down. Thats an interception even for Mahomes.

Dak isnt the problem today at all. I dont agree with the contract but he isnt to blame for this shitshow.

He isn't fixing the shitshow today

True, but I'm talking about the specific difference between Carson and Gilmore.

That's far from my only criticism of how this roster was constructed.

But I was specifically pushed back over thinking we needed Gilmore and I think it should be obvious at this point that I was correct.

Has any team in history eaten more cheese after one good game like this one?

It's truly incredible. You can just see the look on the defense like, how do they have the nerve to do this to us?

The Saints #1 objective today was to eliminate Turpin's playmaking punt returns. Their gamble to TD every possession is working, but for how long?

I don’t even want to watch the 2nd half.

I have zero confidence in a comeback happening.

Can anyone tell me if Dak has ever led a comeback from this far down?

I honestly don’t remember one.

I always wanted Gillmore to come back.

Very few QBs have a comeback like this on their resume.

Why are so many of you people trying to make this about Dak?

Jerry and Goof Son are shocked.

"But we put a team of all-pros out there!"
