Ravens are winning this. Starting a white kick returner is just too much arrogance.

Rice, leaving the scene of a hit and run.

So that game tomorrow is only on Peacock?

Eff that.

Yeah it's ridiculous. I was hoping it would also be on NBC since Peacock is NBC's app. Nope. These assholes are hellbent on forcing people to watch games exclusively through apps.

I'm starting to think it's part of a larger strategy to start conditioning people to watching sports on the apps so that they can eventually completely pull their services from cable companies.

I have peacock but I'm considering finding me a stream to watch the game just so they won't get a streaming ratings point from me.

Ravens passing game is so unimaginative. Pretty much nothing but quicks outs and short crossers.

I'll chalk tonight up as a byproduct of starters seeing limited playing time in the preseason.

Great move by you.

But yeah, this sucks. That'll be a good game, too. I don't care if they want to put some Jags-Falcons game on streaming-only, but when they start taking good games away from us, that's no bueno.

That's exactly what it is, and I think it's a terrible idea.

Look, I'm glad I have streaming options available to me now because I don't have to pay $150 or more a month to satellite or cable when I don't even use 80% of the channels that they provide.

However, even with super fast and reliable internet like the kind that I have, streaming still isn't the most dependable medium for live broadcasts. There's constantly issues with either buffering or other connection issues that aren't related to your own internet provider, and there's nothing you can do when the app you're watching on is experiencing issues.

And then there's the delay that comes with streaming which is anywhere from 30 seconds to 75 seconds behind TV broadcasts.

It's cool to have streaming as an option, but the technology still isn't there for it to be the primary medium for live TV.
