Someone with Super Bowl success, established NFL coaching tenure, respected around the league, has Teh Tree upbringing and emasculated/humbled enough from their most recent failure to give up GM reins to Jerruh.

To boot, Jerruh will sell that this candidate’s competitive advantage of deep NFC East familiarity know-thy-enemy and has a bone to pick.

He's milquetoast enough that Jerry wouldn't have to walk on eggshells around him.
