Does anyone know exactly what he was referring to that they were focusing on? What's the full context this came from? I cannot believe it was the Packers' defense (as a whole), or, if it was, that he'd actually admit it out loud.

I mean maybe they noticed a pattern or something unexpected in the first quarter that tried fixing/exploiting (albeit unsuccessfully) in the second?

Because you'd be surprised how athletes are naive and/or oblivious to those sorts of things.

For example, think about how many athletes will go to bat, defend, or heavily recruit a fellow player that is clearly finished.

It's always amazed just how out of touch or delusional they are about the most obvious details in their sport.
