Fuck no, that man hated losing more than anything in the world and took it personal. It's what made for greatness.

The problem is that root of these issues is the culture that permeates the organization from the top, changing out players isn't going to make a significant difference. It's why I wanted a hard ass HC who would get up the asses of these morons.

100% true. Players follow leadership and Jerry is the leadership in Dallas. It's only been the real problem since like 1995. That 1995 team was coming apart at the seams too. They just happened to be disproportionately talented.
 
I wish Musk or some other big time billionaire was a huge Cowboys fan and just offered a ridiculous amount for the Cowboys....like 25 billion that the hillbillies couldn't refuse.
