I started it where she talks about what she thinks is wrong with this team. She says we have no veteran vocal leadership. Says Gilmore was that kind of guy last year. Says Kendricks tries to do that but there is "pushback" there... I wish she explained that. Says we're so "draft and develop" that guys don't realize it's different at other places.

Also, at about 7:30 she says McCarthy can't discipline players and Jerry doesn't value coaches. Duh, we knew that.

I can’t understand how this team undervalues 4th round draft picks lately. Sure they got what is likely to be an early 7th in return, but that’s barely a rounding error.

You’re counting on 4th rounders to be in the rotation rookie year. Trading them away on a gamble is bullshit

I've been saying for a while that I think one of the reasons this team refuses to do anything significant in FA is because they want to draft the majority of the roster and indoctrinate then into the stupidity that is the Cowboys without them knowing better.

High priced, accomplished FA's would disrupt that, and it's probably a big reason why guys go elsewhere and are astounded at the differences.
