Do we know what percentage you have to be? Is it like claiming Native heritage, 1/64 or something? Does anyone even know?

Assuming Baltimore has another solid year next season I'd argue their DC should be at the top of the list. I don't think he'll get a HC job this cycle, but we all know Jerry isn't going to hire some 38 year old coordinator.

Hiring anybody from Baltimore means a bit of a paradigm shift for the organization.

If you look closely, that is not our M.O.
