Looks like it. Little mini Combines. Hey look, it is in Frisco. Cha-Ching!Is this what they're doing now to cater to the scouts (less travel, etc.)?
You would hope so while the decision makers are in the Caribbean. That's probably a pretty big advantage for our scouts.
Before Quinn left I thought there was no chance because of his short arms, not sure what Zimmer's stance on that is but there's a better chance than if Quinn was the DC.
Geno Atkins have long arms? I don't remember Zimmer having a type the way Quinn does.
32 so not really.
I'm all about LBers and DTs this offseason. It's not a loaded DT class but I'm definitely excites about the prospect of not crossing half them off the list because they don't fit some weirdly specific body type. Newton, Murphy and Sweat all interest me a lot. Hell even Dwayne Carter later on. Geno Atkins was a fourth rounder for example who turned out awesome.
Newton is a disruptive DT that I think could be really productive from day 1. Guys like that don't seem to take years of development.
Free agency will determine alot, there's a good chance OL will be our top need going into the draft in one form or another, with DL and a DT lean close behind.
It's true although outside of center and letting Biadasz go I'm not sure it should be.
Depends what the board is like but if Tyron leaves there's a definite argument to be made that we should take someone like Fautanu with the idea of moving him to LG with Tyler at LT and Bass at RG as soon as 2025, even if Biadasz leaves as well.
I think a scenario where they let both Tyron and Biadasz go is unlikely so it'll work itself out in about a month, but even in that scenario I'd take Fautanu over Frazier if JPJ and Barton somehow go before we pick.
I'd take JPJ and Barton first in that scenario but a LT/LG would make lots of sense. I'd even argue we might want to take Guyton while keeping Tyler at LG for now.
Lots of moving parts and I think it could be argued that we should go in several different directions on the OL depending on the board.
That's from almost a month ago my guys.
I'd be shocked if he had Walker top 50 in the next iteration.
I'm not sure I'd touch the guy until the fourth round at this point. And I'd just be banking on the thought that the guy had the yips and can get mentally right. The Senior Bowl was just so bad. He probably shouldn't have gone.
Yea 3rd at the absolute earliest but probably not even then, the drops were just too bad and it's too much of a risk when we barely have any day 3 picks.
