Trading for Hopkins would be a legit aggressive move as opposed to some half-assed Beckham bullshit. I don't want to give up any of our top 3 picks this year but I'd be happy to give them a 2 or 3 next year, which is basically a 3 or 4 this year.

He still has juice left in the tank as long as he's healthy as he was on pace for nearly 1400 yards last year even though he was playing with Colt McCoy and other assorted bullshit for several games.
 
Really curious why McVay is staying if they're literally tearing it down, maybe he absolutely loves Williams and/or Maye and wants to take a shot at a 10 year run with one of them.

Certainly seems like they will be intentionally tanking. And McVay is the type of guy who would legitimately tank to get his guy. He is a smart dude, he doesn't care about butts in the seats. He will do whatever gives himself an advantage and farting around trying to be 8-8 isn't something he wants to do.

They should ask Donald if he wants to play for a contender. But his contract might be unmovable. Which it appears to be.
