Boyle is probably worse than Wilson but the scary thing is, after watching them both in yesterday's game, I'm not actually sure. Which says a lot about Wilson.

He's not wrong.

So many (maybe most) of the good teams the last few years have been paper tigers. The problem is almost nobody has scissors.

Brady is 100% correct, but he should direct this at Goodell, the owners, and the players union. They're the ones who don't care if the game declines as long as they get their money today.

So on point.

We need more smart, visible, respected voices like this to speak out not just about what's wrong but also how best to fix it.

I agree with the message but coming from Brady it feels a little hypocritical.

Brady frequently whined to the refs about the slightest contact.
You work within the system to win.

Point was Brady didn't let the rules change the way he actually played, because he knew he still was going to get hit no matter how many refs were on the field.

He's seeing players not being coached on how to protect themselves because the rules are supposedly taking care of that for them.

I'd love that too, but Troy has talked for years now about how the CBA limiting practices and contact has made the product worse, and nobody cares.

Never stopped him from crying like a little botch when he got hit though.

Exhibit A of what I referenced yesterday regarding Brady.

And he's right about rules only coming about when prominent QBs get injured. Daniel Jones and Kirk Cousins got injury and no one cared. Aaron Rodgers old ass got injured on a routine tackle and there were hundreds of think pieces about the safety of the game and calls to get rid artificial turf.
