Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott and girlfriend Natale Buffett reportedly broke up before the start of the 2022 season, and it was only revealed days after the quarterback was eliminated from the playoffs.

Prescott, 29 and Buffett, 25, had been dating for the last two years. Page Six reported Wednesday the two broke up back in March 2022 but have played the split "close to the vest."

Why play it close to the vest? Nobody gives a shit.

Yeah, I was hoping that they just broke up or something and this could explain why he flaked out this year.

But hey, look at Brady. If the shit ain't right at home, then you ain't going to get it right on Sundays. But this was before the season, so no excuse.

Brady banging a 20 something.

Yeah the receivers don't get much separation. Part of that is scheme, part of that is the piss poor quality of our receivers after Lamb.

It would certainly have made a difference to keep Cooper, and there's a large part of my brain that suspects had we kept Cooper we'd have beaten SF. We just were down to one weapon after Pollard went down.

I guess he doesn't fully get how tired we all are of the platitudes.

Ah fuck.

That doesn't sound like we're being rid of Kellen Moore.
Yep. That is why I am not getting sucked until we can safely photoshop his big-toothed head onto the Quincy Carter GTFO image.

For Jones to come out and fire Moore (yes, it is his decision only), he would be just exposing this top notch OC talent for nothing and admitting failure. It is not going to happen. He is not going to hand over that kind of mandate to McCarthy.

We are going to get a new OL coach and a new QB coach perhaps.

Those will likely be McCarthy's choice to pretend like he is giving him stroke over his staff.

He is also late on many throws.

Timing is not something that is in Prescott's game. I don't know how to correct it other than to program the offense and design throws with short designed on script passes, all around simple measured footwork. His happy feet are a problem too as soon as he sees pressure so that has to be addressed since it will not just take care of itself if things continue the same way.

Fine. When the terminology is the same and you try to say you change it every year, it still has the exact same origin.

This is the kind of thing that bugs me sometimes with coaches.

We are not stupid. You can try to talk your way out of it, but the display on the field shows otherwise.

What I saw were so goddamn many curls in that game, even in situations where it made no sense.

Saying you are going to make adjustments means what? We have really been running the same goddamn offense since you got here?
