I think that the Garrett years has made the fan base much less patient. Those were 10 dog years.
 
What would the chances be that Jerry would actually fire McCarthy if we lose, say, in the division round?

Which makes ass-backwards sense since, yeah, he was coming off injury. And let's be honest, we fucked that up by not getting some dude to just carry the water for a couple of weeks alongside him. And no, I don't count Dowdle as that.

That is a prime example of the poor planning and time we wasted this offseason knowing Pollard would not be healthy.

That is on the pro personnel side, which I really have never understood who exactly is responsible for that.

It is one area that can impact a team in a big way, especially now with how the PS etc. work.

The fact that dude did zero and then got popped, tells me that department failed on that just as much as the scouting staff failing on a draft pick.
