The medicals and how badly they want him (money) will be the deal. Plus, he is going to have to want to come here.
 
I heard he has some nerve damage and drop foot. Not as bad as Jaylon the Idiot, but still a bit of a problem.
 
The injuries are one thing with Leonard, but what has not been publicized in how he has reacted.

He has had neck, back and ankle injuries. The "impinged nerve" from his back thing has to cause pause too.

The back injury led to the ankle issue with numbness.

"In this profession, sometimes you feel like you don't have a say so in your personal life just because it's all football, all football. When you feel like you have to hold a shade up on your personal life because of your football life, it eats you up."

He has had a tough time from a mental health aspect dealing with his injuries in addition to the issues themselves.

To me, that is an important part of the decision-making process.

Jerry Jones stated there was work to do and he is right.

If they pass, I will certainly understand why.

With Dak following Romo’s career and viewing some of the PR mistakes he made, I wonder how it has affected his behavior now that he’s America’s QB. He maintains a pretty low-key profile off the field.
