I think the slowed down from the rear view shows it well. From the front it doesn't look like a lot of contact, but that video makes it more clear that the initial contact does indeed push Shoonmaker down.

He's on his fourth team (if you count the eagles practice squad) at like 28 years old, so... considering he's a former first rounder and teams don't give up on those easily he's probably not anybody's answer to anything.
