Yep, great point. You cannot do practices and walk throughs against your own defense and think it is anything like a live game.

im sorry but if you don't break down his negative plays and explain either why it's not his fault or why we should excuse it or why it shouldn't mean that he's a worse QB than he's given credit for, you're not "showing your work", you're presenting a narrative and an incomplete picture.
