With Schultz leaving, he needs that Beasley/Witten/Schultz binkey.

We need someone who is always open on 3rd and medium, and I don’t know that we’ve got that guy on the roster right now.

I agree. It's unclear if we have that consistently reliable guy right now or not. Maybe we do, but I'd rather not just assume we do. And I still think we need more pass catching weapons generally.

Great, let’s trade for Wilson and draft some flex TE like Kincaid so he has no excuses.

I was trying to paint the worst case scenario since I have been called a homer lately.

Add Avila in the second. Better?

Kincaid is far from a worst case scenario if his health isn't an issue. It's not a risk I want to take but if he's healthy he's going to be a Pro Bowler.

Everybody said that about Tyler Eifert too, Jason.

Who was? Noah Fant? Hayden Hurst? OJ Howard? Evan Engram? David Njoku?

I don't think any of them were as refined as Kincaid.

Guys like Fant, Njoku and Engram were similarly productive and more explosive downfield but weren't as seamless of a route runner as Kincaid is, which is what I think separates him from most of the TE's who have gone high in the 1st recently.

It's sacrilegious to even say but the way he played in college looked a hell of a lot like what Kelce looks like in the NFL.
