Impressive considering he has nearly 34 inch arms, I'd definitely look into a slight trade up in the 2nd for him depending where we go in the 1st.

More impressive then his current physical ability is the fact the guy supposedly is one of the hardest workers you will ever meet. He has some freakish physical gifts but I also think that his work ethic would make him a stellar addition to the team. At minimum I think you get a great long term NT. And I think he has some potential to be more than that.

Jakorian Bennett would be a real nice day 3 sleeper nickel type.

I'm hoping Deonte Banks killing the testing at 6-0 200 pushes him up in front of our pick, 4 CB's going before us would be ideal.

DJ Turner just ran a 4.27.

I think you will see at least 4 corners go before our pick. Witherspoon, Porter and Gonzales I think are locks to be gone before our pick. My guess is you will see a Banks, Forbes or both also go before our pick. The South Carolina corner is in that conversation too. Cam Smith. Hell I might be underselling him. Some people really like him.

Forbes is like Sauce Gardner lite in my opinion. Similar skinny ass corner who sticks to guys like glue. Just a little smaller and a little lighter. But just insane ball production and ability to shut guys down in man coverage. It's actually a great group of corners this year.

Gardner measured 6-3, 190, Forbes is 6-1, 166, those 24 lbs are a pretty significant difference, I wouldn't take him in the first.

I would if I was needy for a corner. I'm just not. But yeah they are significant. If the guy was 180 he would be a top 10-15 pick. And the weight doesn't appear to be a coverage problem at all. I'm not worried about that. My concern is his tackling. And while I don't usually make a big deal about that at corner it's sort of the one problem with Diggs. He's not a great tackler and gets blocked out of plays sometimes. I don't want the same issue on the other side. So I just don't think he is a good fit. If we were trading Diggs for a boat load of picks I'd probably have a different opinion on Forbes. I think he would be great opposite Bland. Just not opposite Diggs. And I don't really want to burn a first on a corner with the assumption Diggs is just going to walk in a year.

It's sort of the quandary with guys like Nolan Smith and other 240-250 pound pass rushers. I like some guys but I have to consider how they fit with Parsons. Even Sam Williams is a legit 260 pound powerful guy who we drafted in the second round last year. While not huge, he isn't one of these small speed demons either.

Tyreke Hill ran a 4.29, just not at the combine. It's also a weird cut off because Brandin Cooks ran a 4.33 forty. So now running at the combine fast is different then being stupid fast somewhere else? Kind of a useless stat if you ask me. But I will say, forties are overhyped for receivers. Either a guy can get open or he can't. A guy can either catch the ball or he can't. Guys like Antonio Brown could get wide open but his 40 time was meh.

Wow. That was effortless. Granted, his whole family has run track all their lives, but that was smooth.

I think the whole cautionary tale with that Tweet was just that.

Speedy 40-WRs don't matter if you are looking for a strong productive WR.

Meh it's deceptive. But 40 times get overrated across the board.

I have to say this young man is going to do very well in this league. I am very impressed.

If you are about trying to get yourself a Micah, start here.
