Elko isn't a very popular pick for the A&M fans.

I thought he did a really good job at Duke. He might surprise the A&M faithful.

And I think that was the key. He was in the Aggie family.

Stupid way to hire, but I guess that's what the money men wanted.

I agree, but this feels more like a booster decision than an AD decision. It screams nepotism hire.

My brother in law is a Hawkeye fan. The only game I watched of them was this weekend and it was bad. He said they have 0 chance of winning. Decent defense bad offense

I'm a big Hawkeye fan. It's kind of sad to be in the Big Ten championship game and yet feel this poorly about the team. We have a great defense. Our offense wasn't good to start out with but then we lost our starting QB, top 2 TEs (Iowa relies very heavily on their TEs) and our best defensive player (Future first round pick had he not gotten hurt). Without someone like Cooper DeJean making a game changing play on defense or returning a punt for a TD, we really have no shot at even making this game respectable. Our defense is really good but with no support from the offense there is no way they can hold up against Michigan.

I wonder how much arguably the "best" college QB gets. I'm guessing Williams is pulling in more than 2 mil. Kind of crazy, I bet college athletes from 5-10 years ago are pissed. Especially the ones who were great in college but flamed out in the NFL. Think about some of the elite dudes who maybe were a day three draft pick, or undrafted who never collected this type of money.
 
Hell of a way for the PAC-12 to end last night, loved seeing Oregon get outplayed after all the stupid ass hype. I have no idea how they were 9-10 point favorites against an equally good team.
 
I think Texas wins big today. They need style points to have any shot at the playoff in addition to (at a minimum) a Florida State loss.

Texas is obviously the better, more talented team... but Gundy has kind of had their number.

Ollie Gordon should be fun to watch for those who haven't seen him, though Texas does have a very good run defense.
