2022 Season | Week 10 | Gameday Chatter Thread | Cowboys @ Packers | 11/13/2022

Yep, pathetic of Tolbert and pathetic of Gehlken to make excuses for him like this. My god, he lined up almost a full yard offside. Middle school kids know better than that.

And looking at it again, Gehlken's excuse is even more pitiful because when Tolbert moved back, he moved back so little he was still offsides!

Mike said after the game Tolbert told him he checked with the ref and the ref said he was okay. I hope Mike watches this and gets pissed enough to keep Tolbert inactive the next few games at least.

The worst thing is we could've picked up a game on the Eagles this weekend.

They going down tonight. Redskins D-line is no joke and getting healthier.

Just don't play Wentz and keep playing Heinicke.

Being a Dallas fan is like having a terminal illness -- one that lingers for 25 years.

Every now and then, the specialists think they can offer new hope -- draft a WR, draft a QB, trade for this guy, trade for that guy.

But in the end, Jerry Jones and his inbred hillbilly son are the disease. And there is no cure.

It's a prison sentence.

What the hell happened to the defense last night?

Damn good question. It was infuriating watching them line up Parsons off the ball, and to me that was the difference between last night and what we have gotten used to seeing.

None of it was good, but I still think the two bombs were the problem. Especially the 4th and 8 for a 40 yard TD. That's something this defense hasn't been giving up, the easy long TDs.

We're definitely going to draft a WR in the 1st again next year though, so that'll be good.

Maybe that'll be enough to make Dak an elite QB.
See this here is where I am lost on all the Dak love.

It’s like he has to have an all star at every position to be good.

I know there are other QB’s who can make due with what they have and I’m not even talking about the Brady, Rogers, Manning tier.

Brees was able to succeed as was Eli. Hell even Romo made superstars out of the likes of Miles Austin.

Why do so many cut Dak all this slack? This team is 6-3 and he’s 2-2. Hell Rush is 4-1. And no that’s not me advocating for Rush to start. It’s just hard to see Dak as the answer but it’s too late now that we paid him all this money.
