Yeah, I wish stats kept track of sacks longer than, say 7 yards, taken or sacks that lead to end-of-drives (no first downs after sack).

Good question. Parsons has all of the tools. If he doesn't make a huge impact, I don't think it'll be on him. It may be that in today's league, LBs can't dominate games as they once did.
