They are going to ruin him. He struggled at RT, have to move back to his natural LT position after Decker got hurt. Now his chump OL coach is like no, he's going back to RT when Decker returns.

I'm already done with him. McCarthy needs to abandon his hands off approach and get his house in order.

I'm all for being aggressive and trying to make plays but there's a time and a place. Fassel clearly doesn't have a good handle on when its appropriate to take chances. I can tell he's one of those people that don't know how to read the temperature of a room.
