So a Charger could've taken his helmet off after the play and bodyslammed a Cowboy for no reason and we'd have to decline it?

The result of the play shouldn't matter if a post-play penalty can be accepted/declined.
 
I mean QB is wrapped up in the tackle box. You can't let him throw it to no one. Not sure why that's even controversial.

Romo is trying real hard to make sure no one thinks he's biased for the Cowboys

Yeah I thought dead ball fouls were alway enforced. Oh well.

Playcalling could be better down there too.

Where are the Dak option plays? Even if it's a pass, at least throw the look in there.
