Yeah it's just pure speculation because of the dysfunctional way Jerry runs things.

He is better than Garrett as an offensive coordinator. But he isn't the next McVay yet at all.

I don't either and it's unfortunate. I love the direction the defense is headed and want to continue to build what I think could be something special.

I just really hope we have the balls to hire someone like Vic Fangio as opposed to going some boring ass route that leads to mediocre results. We have an offensive head coach. We need an experienced and talented defensive coordinator to balance that out.
