Even though we're 3 months removed (and it feels like 8), that class still looks so money when you see the names listed together.

DiNucci sticks out like a sore thumb though and was pretty obviously a case of throwing McCarthy a bone with his preferred developmental QB.
 
This is going to be an awful season of football. Imagine making the playoffs or not comes down to one game. Then key players A, B, and C have to sit out because of Covid-19. Jeez......I can see it already.

everyone’s got their reasons, but, c’mon. This dude’s salary was ~$1M and now he’s gonna take home $350k, I believe.

For $650k, there are a lot more hazardous things than exposure to coronavirus, like spags eating out @Plan9Misfit ’s ass.

Delusional. I could see if you are someone who has already made $50m.

This dude is throwing away more than 3 quarters of a million dollars and a large chunk of his career earnings. No guarantee this guy makes the team next year. Insanity.

Well, maybe not everyone is motivated by money.
 
It's also conceivable that Canady thinks it's unlikely he makes the roster and being on the PS I think you only make around $150K so why not make that same amount without the risk?
 
Was this guy even a good shot to make the roster? No big loss, imo.
