Damn, that really sucks. Way too young.

Has to be very traumatic for the players and coaches who were there when it happened, too. Wouldn't be surprised if many players were in the weight room before practice.

Wait, smashing watermelons is racist now? So he should have chosen a different fruit to smash? This shit is ridiculous.

What exactly is racist about watermelons? The thought that black people like to eat them? First of all I'm not sure how that's racist but what does that have to do with smashing them? It's not like the man burned lynching ropes in front of the players. Which also would kind of be the opposite of racist, sort of like smashing watermelons if watermelons really have some sort of a racist connection.
