Sad thing is Aldon when he is going all out is a stud still. But the motor definitely runs hot and cold. Oh well this season is trash. Get what you can for guys who won't be back next year.

I actually see this as progress. Don't think they'd have done this in years past with such a bad division. Jerry would normally still be telling himself we just have to get a few players back and get hot for a few games to make the playoffs.

I think even Jerry concedes that with like half his salary cap on IR there is no point in even trying this year. He just won't say it to the masses.

Looking back at his play, Lawrence has been better than I thought.

Playing LDE he's not going to get the most sacks, but he stops the run and is by far our most consistent defender.

I know that's not saying much right now, but there's some baby left in this bathwater.

Lawrence hasn't lived up to his deal but he hasn't been truly useless like Jaylon, who should be cut tomorrow.

It was disappointing to see that Sunday considering how he did the first couple of weeks.

He has definitely figured out what being a Cowboy is in a short period of time.

I'm good with the trade. I wasn't expecting anything so I'm happy with a 6th.

This is exactly why you sign a guy like Griffin. We basically got a free 6th for carrying him on the roster for 2 months.

This also frees up $3 million in salary cap so we can dump some into this year by pulling some future salary into this year. Will make some of these contracts less disastrous.
