2020 Draft Weekend Chatter Thread...

Hell yeah. Put it on ESPN 2 or something like when they have the coaches' film room view of the bowl games. Maybe get some old retired scouts or coaches who won't care about the twitter fire they'd get for being critical.
Hell yeah. Without all the hooplah bullshit. I'd watch the shit outta that.

I'm sure there are tons of NFL fans who would love this.

It's better than listening to Booger and the others regurgitate the same canned "analysis" for practically every player.

If we were playing a drinking game and had to take a drink every time someone said the following statement, I'd be drunk by now......"you can expect Player X to be technically sound and disciplined since he played for Nick Saban."

I've heard some version of that statement every time an Alabama player was selected.

I'm picturing something like a live video version of McGinn's predraft series. A bunch of grizzled old vets not being PC. That would kick so much ass.

I'd start sending out feelers about how much it would cost to move up. Still a few guys I think are worth it, that won't make our pick in round 3.
Yes, but at what cost?

We have a sweet stockpile next year when we are likely to get a better look at prospects.

Nah even if our draft ended with just adding Madubuike that's 3 starters and I'd be happy
You would be mortgaging future draft to move up that far. Hell no.

I would, too. Walking out of a draft with three starters would be a homerun. And I don't think it would take all our picks to move up.
