2020 Draft Weekend Chatter Thread...

Here is my thing.

The highlights here are more about Clowney and other players THAN THE FUCKING PROSPECT!

With this joint ESPN/NFLN broadcast, it seems like they are trying too hard to feed too many mouths in a condensed amount of time.

Entirely too many cooks are in the kitchen. We don't need to hear breakdowns from 5 or 6 different analyst on every pick.
 
This shit is ridiculous. Pick comes in at 5 minutes and they don't announce until the time is completely up. I fucking hate this shit.

That's why it is taking so fucking long to announce picks. This shit is infuriating.

...and this is the 1st round.

At this rate, they'll be announcing 4th round picks on Tuesday.

Day 3 may look a little smoother. There won't be near as many talking heads providing their input on the pick.

By the time Round 5 rolls around usually only the true draft grinders are hanging around.
 
Don't know why you guys are getting so pissed. They wait to announce the pick until time is up in the first couple rounds every year.

In previous drafts, they announce the pick when it comes in... especially in the early rounds. They are not doing that today. Today the pick comes in and we have to wait 5 minutes to see it.
