2018 Weekend Draft Chatter Thread

I'm against drafting age in general, but Ridley was not 3-5 years older than a normal rookie.

Try 1-2 years. He's gonna be 24.

Most rookies are 22 or 23. More are 23.

I thought he was going to be 25. My bad. I'm thinking rookies are normally 20-22 and he was going to be 25. I stand corrected.

Hey food getting fucker...

The Steelers just drafted Terrell Edmunds S Virginia Tech at #27.

Cool that Shazier is able to walk to the podium

Yeah and he isn't turning 24 until the end of the season.

So in reality he is 23.

I love the player but again this is a guy I thought in maybe the third. The fact that he is going in the first is a real shocker to me. Just shows you all it takes is one NFL team to love a player.

I want a safety in the first 4 rounds, too. There is a lot of good depth there, imo.

I didn't realize how bad off he was. Is he ever gonna play again??

Jaylon Smith will make all-pro before Shazier plays again. I haven't kept up with his progress, and while it was impressive how well he's doing after such a tremendous injury...you could tell he's nowhere close to coming back. Just really struggling to walk.
