That's an exaggeration.

Yes, I think having fully healthy guys and some adjustments like Woods for Heath, Hitchens for Smith, etc., will improve the unit, but this team lacks both the coaching and talent on that side of the ball to be one of the "best"

The most I'd hope for is serviceable.

I didn't even realize he was hurt, but it's a broken foot.
 
Doesn’t deserve his own thread but my sources are informing me it’s a 10-12 week injury for tapper.
