He is not costing any money or roster spots and this is the kind of thing players think about when signing with an organization.
This is the reason why a player like La'el Collins signs with Jerry over other teams with better opportunities or you get Smith to sign for below market value and never hear a peep about renegotiating.
How is this not obvious to you?
You really think we need to continue keeping a guy on the roster who has made one poor decision after the other?
It's time to cut loose of the guy. We don't need guys like this in the locker room, especially now with a new identity being forged with this new generation of young studs we have.

I totally agree. When you win 8 straight games it gives you a nice little cushion.
You cant say yes even if the answer is no cause it could shake the starter's confidence.
