Even still, there is something to be said of Hillary's experience. Even if it's not the end all and be all of hiring a strong cabinet, having a long list of connections is definitely a positive. One that I don't think Trump has anything to match. He's never assembled an administration so there's no reason to believe he'd be good at it.You just missed the entire point of my post. The executive officer needs to know how to find the people of all these expertise. There are thousands of qualified people to fill the roles of all the areas you mentioned. While it may be helpful it isn't critical because that's the point of having advisers and a cabinet. You are trying to sell a person who may have had some exposure to these areas but the office is a constant evolution of people coming and going so static experience is not critical.
