The other part is that they are going with the "oh we can replace Ware with three guys" thing. So there's that.
 
I agree with booze's mostly although I think it's likely that we save a spot with Spencer on PUP and keep an extra CB, FB or TE.

If he stays healthy thru camp I think he'll make it, too. If only to give him every chance to turn in to something. Try and save face not only for the draft selection, but for holding on to him this long. If he doesn't cut it, he can quietly get an "injury" later in the year, IR'd, then quietly cut.
