I thought that you said the letter was asking him to admit something that he didn't do. In fact, I'm sure you have said that many times. Now that the letter is here for all to read can you or anyone else point me to the part of the letter that is forcing Leach to admit guilt?
Oh come on. The whole damn letter is implying that he did the crap that's in the letter to begin with. Leach is a lawyer. He knew better than to give them any more ammo than the bullshit that they had already fabricated against him. All of it lies. Then once all of the lies came out all of a sudden the Leach haters couldn't hang onto the bullshit part of the story anymore so they had to turn to him not signing the letter as the source of their ire.
Just saying, I do a lot of employment discrimination with state employees.
I don't mean to sound like I think I am an expert. What I was meaning is that I know a bunch about what it feels like first hand when sovereign immunity is used.
