That is what a good GM does.

He has a real plan and an idea how each player can really make the team better.

Our thing is to feel good about potential and stuff.

I don't remember saying anywhere that it was a good pick. Was just commenting on where it was said the QBs couldn't play. Not so much about the wasted pick part.

Regarding the QB, I would be ok with drafting one in 6th or 7th, Renfree would be ideal. But I am not taking any of these QB's in the 4th.

I'd like to take a shot on Renfree too. Barkley and these other JAG QB's aren't worth the roster space they would eat.

If you're going to complain, at least do it accurately. Williams is a backup for one year. I guarantee this is Jones thinking Austin will get cut next year with another below average season.

Well, having a decent OL coupled with arguably the GOAT at QB does help.
