The St. Louis Rams have acquired the Buffalo Bills' No. 8 overall draft pick, which they used to select West Virginia wide receiver Tavon Austin on Thursday night.

Here are the trade details. The Bills traded the No. 8 and No. 71 overall picks to the Rams, while St. Louis gave up the No. 16, No. 46, No. 78 and No. 222 overall picks.

Jerruh will claim Dee Milliner is the best graded CB they've had in 20 years.

It is about even, really. They just switched 3rds.
 
First, Jerruh and Stephen on the phone...Now, Something's got the War Room hopped up and looking at their board.
 
Milliner gets selected and everybody in the war room jumps up and stands in front of the board.

Uh oh.
 
Not only can Milliner not catch the ball but he has had 5 surgeries in recent memory.
 
My short list is Warmack, Lotulelei, and Richardson.
