Lynch and Shannahan don't get enough shit for that move, Lynch in particular although it's hard to say how much of it was him vs. Shannahan.

Shannahan is clearly an excellent offensive mind but every time they've made a run it's been on the back of their defense, throw this idiotic trade on top, which most of us knew was idiotic at the time, and it doesn't look great.

Probably a good example of a great X's and O's guy in Shannahan who should have less of a voice in GM/personnel stuff, similar to his dad of course.

A 3rd rounder seems about right to me. You can still sell "potential" since he really hasn't played much.

It would be stupid to trade Lance for anything less than a high first and a second.

Especially with Purdy’s elbow situation unresolved. I was unimpressed with Purdy relative to the team around him and can only shudder at how good the 49ers would be with a real QB.

These days QBs that end up in the first are over analyzed. This kid is a prime example. They wanted to believe he was a mini-Mahomes.

Nike is obsessed with getting rid of all the old school stripes on the pants. They want every NFL player to look like they're wearing yoga pants.

Also got to love how they put the huge "Arizona" only on the home jersey. It's important to make sure the home crowd knows who's playing.
