He throws really well. But in the end what he has upstairs combined with how he throws with a rush in his face will determine if he really succeeds in the NFL. That's why QBs are such a crap shoot.

Charbonnett running a 4.54 is impressive to me. I didn't think he would be that fast based on my watching him. Excellent 40 for a bigger back.
