What's interesting though looking carefully is Butch lets go of the football in the process of standing back up.

On the ground, on his back, in the endzone he possesses the football and it never touches the ground. I mean, that's a touchdown by every definition, right?

You land on your back, you should not be expected to make a football move afterwards. You are down.
