I think we see just a little of the maturity issue creeping up.
Yeah, things changed early this season. He got the Nike deal and has been Tweeting weird shit ever since.

I cannot prop this hard enough. Could also give us an option to move on from Schultz as a Dak safety-valve.
That should happen regardless.

I think Hendershot and Ferguson showed enough to entrust them with the TE1 and TE2 roles.

Yep, I think Ferguson has great hands, maybe better than Schultz. He is definitely a better blocker. So it's a matter of refining his routes as a receiver and I think he will do everything we asked of Schultz and more. Hendershot is just more athletic then both so he makes for a nice receiving weapon as well.

I think we will see how good Schultz really is when he leaves Dallas. My guess would be that his numbers are never as good as they are now.

Ferguson is more explosive after the catch than Schultz too.

So, if you don’t believe it, why would you “fix” it?
Im saying thats how it reads, comes across. Not that I think he's taking shots at Dak, necessarily.

The way it reads is that he is taking shots at how much QBs get paid and if they would take less then you could afford more talent.

I really don't know why QBs don't do it more often. Look how long NE was a threat but it wouldn't have been as long had Brady demanded to be paid what the going rate was.

QBs have always been that guy getting the glory since they were kids, the star of the team.

You can't expect them to get humble once they become pro...they want just as much as they can get.

I hate the salary cap with a passion. Fucking commie bullshit. Take for example: you have a fucking amazing draft. 7 great players whom in 4-5 years you'll have to get rid of half of them because you can't pay them because it wouldn't be fair to the Browns. Fuck that.

Yeah, you can't blame them.

until they dont deliver to the level of their pay, then all is fair.
That's normally just as much on the organization as it is the player.

I want to have faith in the pair of them, but I would be a little hesitant to just roll with the two of them plus McKeon.

It is a good room, but honestly Ferguson nor Hendershot are going to be an elite weapon and we should be learning by now, we need elite players at all skill positions, even two and three deep, to be able to compete at a high level with this QB.

If the top TE in a decent class like Mayer is there at 26, I take them.

That's annoying af.
Why is it suddenly annoying now? It is the same contract he signed years ago.
