Yes, Oz was a bad candidate. Just one of those people who is not a likable guy, doesn't have charisma, etc.The only thing that matters to most voters is party affiliation. There's virtually no crossing over; party and power is everything. Of course, you could say the same thing about GA Republicans and Walker. He's not cognitively-impaired like Fetterman, but we're not sending our best into battle.
But I guess there are too many old union types in PA who still vote blue even though they aren't the party of the little guy like they used to be.
But Trump did win there, so I dunno. Like your later post said, none of this makes sense with a very unpopular president at midterms.
